Spiritual direction in Perth (and online): a quiet, confidential hour to notice your life and discern what matters – in language that fits you.
What is spiritual direction?
Spiritual direction is a reflective conversation with a spiritual companion (director). We pay attention to your inner life and the deeper currents of meaning as you understand them. You might speak of God, Spirit, grace, values, purpose, or presence—we follow your words.
Who is it for?
People come when they want to:
-
make sense of change, loss, or transition
-
deepen prayer or contemplative practice
-
explore meaning without pressure to “believe the right things”
-
sit with restlessness, doubt, or longing
-
discern next steps in life, relationships, or vocation
What happens in a session?
Across 60 minutes, we will:
-
slow down and arrive
-
listen closely to your story and experience
-
notice patterns, desires, resistances, and invitations
-
ask gentle questions rather than give advice
-
include silence or prayer if you wish
-
name small, realistic next steps
